COMPOSITION: Each gm contains:

Gentamicin Sulfate    200 mg

PROPERTIES:

Gentamicin is a broad-spectrum aminoglycoside antibiotic which is highly effective against many strains of Gm-ve and Gm+ve bacteria such as E. coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella, Vibrio, Staph, Listeria, Erysipelothrix, Pseudomonas.

Oral gentamicin is slowly and poorly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract; hence, it concentrates its antibacterial action locally in the intestine, leading to high efficacy against bacterial gastro-enteric infections.

INDICATIONS:

Poultry:

Cases of diarrhea and bacterial enteric infections caused by E. coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella, etc

• For the reduction of early mortality (due to bacterial infections) in newly hatched chicks.

Sheep, Goats, Cattle:

Cases of enteritis, scours, bloody diarrhea due to Coli, Salmonella, and Vibrionic dysentery.

Prevention of early mortality in neonates, very young animals, and weaners.
