TYLOXIN

Water Soluble Powder

COMPOSITION:

Each gram contains:

Tylosin tartrate (activity).   200 mg

Doxycycline HCI.    200 mg

PROPERTIES:

A combination of two broad-spectrum antibiotics that are effective against various Gm+ve and Gm-ve bacteria and some large viruses.

Tylosin is very active against respiratory infections.

Doxycycline. The rapid absorption and slow excretion of doxycycline exerts additional activity.

INDICATIONS:

Prevention and treatment of various infections of the respiratory, alimentary, and urogenital tracts such as:

Mycoplasmosis, CRD, Coryza, Colibacillosis, Omphalitis and Yolk sac infection, Enteritis and diarrhea, Pasteurellosis, Necrotic enteritis, Air succulitis, Sinusitis, Synovitis, Staph, Streptococcus, Corynebacterium, Hexamitiasis Spirochaeta.

Stress conditions due to vaccination, rehousing, debeaking, transportation, changes of feed, and weather.

Dosage: (Treatment duration: 4-5 days).

Poultry:

Treatment: 100 gm per 200 liters of drinking water.

Prevention: Half dosage for the same period.

Different animals: 0.5 gm per 10 kg b.wt. daily and orally with water.

Safety Period:

For meat consumption: 7 days.

Not recommended for table-egg layers.

During application, do not medicate water with mineral salts.
