COMPOSITION:

Each gm contains:

Erythromycin thiocyanate : 350 mg

Bromhexine HCl : 10 mg

PROPERTIES:

Erythromycin, a macrolide antibiotic, is safe and highly active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria such as: Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Corynebacterium, E. coli, Pasteurella, Mycoplasma, Pneumococci, Haemophilus gallinarum, Erysipelothrix, etc.

Bromhexine is an efficient mucolytic expectorant for the treatment and control of respiratory tract disorders associated with excessive mucus secretions; it makes them less viscous, thinner, and easily removed from the respiratory passages.

It also enhances the penetration of erythromycin into bronchial secretions.

INDICATIONS:

Prevention and treatment of: CRD, infectious coryza, mycoplasmosis, colibacillosis, chlamydiosis, infectious sinusitis, air succulitis, enteritis, infectious synovitis, and other respiratory tract infections.

As a supportive treatment in cases of viral respiratory diseases and clostridial infections.

Stress conditions due to vaccination, debeaking, rehousing, transporting, changes in feed, and weather.

Dosage:

Treatment:

Poultry, Turkeys: 100 gm per 200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days (use the solution immediately).

Sucking calves, lambs, kids: 0.3-0.7 gm/5 kg body weight once or twice daily (according to the severity of the case), given orally with water for 5 days.

(20-50 mg erythromycin/kg body weight)
