Indications

Broad spectrum antibiotic used for the treatment and control of respiratory tract infections as Complicated respiratory disease ( CRD-Complex ) , Synovitis , Sinusitis caused by Mycoplasma spp., and Enteric infections caused by E.coli , Salmonella , Pasteurella , Rickettsia , Chlamydia and certain large viruses .

Dosage and administration

Poultry:

20-40 gm / 200 liter of drinking water (10-20 mg doxycycline hyclate/ kg bodyweight / day) for 3-5 days.

Other animals (Calves, Lambs and Kids):

50-100 mg doxycycline hyclate /10 kg bodyweight for 4 days.
